Angelo Petitti grand opened this 14-acre, Victorian conservatory-style landscape garden center in April 2001, one of the first of its kind in the United States. Petitti Garden Center in Avon Northeast Ohio's Home & Garden Store. Highly visible from Interstate 90 in Avon, this Petitti Garden Center opened in March 2007. The first design of its kind in the United States, the greenhouse is 50 feet wide and 40 feet tall, and it boasts a cathedral ceiling reminiscent of Grand Central Station in New York City. One of nine Ohio garden centers owned and operated by Petitti Garden Centers, this location was fully redeveloped in 2018. Originally a garden center building constructed in the late 1940s, this plant destination serving the greater Youngstown area now offers a fully covered shopping experience that includes the greenhouse, home accents, and Petitti Garden Centers.
